This Privacy Policy describes how KaschubStudios ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and retains information in connection with the Bring Me Treasure application (the "App").
Information We Collect
Anonymous Gameplay Statistics
We collect anonymous gameplay statistics to understand how players interact with the App and to improve the gameplay experience. This data is not linked to any personally identifiable information and cannot be used to identify you.
Anonymous Error Logs
We collect anonymous error and crash logs to diagnose technical issues and improve App stability. These logs do not contain personally identifiable information. Error logs are retained for 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
Device Integrity Verification
To help ensure fair gameplay and protect against fraud, the App uses Apple's App Attest framework to verify that it is running on genuine Apple hardware. As part of this process, we store an anonymous device attestation record. This record is not linked to your identity or Apple ID and contains no personally identifiable information. Device attestation records are retained for 6 months, after which they are automatically deleted.
Session Diagnostics
Each time the App starts, we record basic technical details about that session to help us diagnose issues and understand which build and platform a report came from. This includes a randomly generated session identifier (created fresh on every launch and not tied to your identity), the App build version, and your device's operating system and operating system version. This information contains no personally identifiable information such as your name, email, or Apple ID. Session diagnostics are retained for 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted.

Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, or any other personally identifiable information. We do not share any data with third-party advertisers.

Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. Because no personally identifiable information is collected, the App is designed to be safe for all ages.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
